I thought it was OK. I have been a big fan of Yorgos Lanthimos for some time, I even went to a Q&A with him when the Favorite came out. But, Poor Things didn’t resonate with me like his other movies have. I don’t think it was bad, just not on the level of the Lobster, The Favorite or Dogtooth for me.

Haven't seen either of those three movies.
How did you know the Q&A was happening?
I added Lobster and The Favourite to my watch list, they're both available at my library.

when the Archlight in Hollywood was still open, they did a lot of Q&As after movies. That was my main theater I went to so I always kept an eye out for what they were doing.

Yes the Arclight closing was a Pandemic tragedy. It was the best theater in Los Angeles. The place where real movie lovers went, where every Academy nominated film (and SAG and Golden Globes) would show, and many production companies would send people for Q&As for some movies. The also had interesting events, like showing all the Lord of the Rings movies (directors cut) in a row. Which was a lot of fun, and lasted all day, and features many people in costume. I also saw Shaun of the Dead premiere there, where we dressed as zombies as did many others in the theater.
Regal has taken over the Sherman Oaks arclight location and they're doing a pretty good job all things considered. But it's not quite the same.

What are some of your other favorite memories from the Arclight? They had displays in the lobby with props and costumes from the movies playing. For example, this was for the movie The Worlds End. But the single case on the left features the original costume and props for Simon Pegg from HOT FUZZ and the single case on the right features the costume and props for Simon Pegg from SHAUN OF THE DEAD.

The Archlight was really special.
Besides costumes in the lobby, one time the had the miniature of The Grand Budapest Hotel they used in the movie.
The ushers would introduce the movie you were about to see. Rian Johnson dressed up as an Archlight employee and introduced The Last Jedi opening night. His production offices were next door, so I imagine he was there often.

Would you recommend Zone Of Interest?

Would you recommend Zone Of Interest? I recommend it. It's very slow paced, but effective. I believe you liked Perfect Days, so I don't think the pace of it will bother you. I am not saying the movies are similar in any other way, but the pacing. I saw Perfect Days yesterday and really enjoyed it.
