Nuggets are just better. Jokic is a stud. We're too small. We play good defense but give up offensive boards for second chance points. Nuggets did a great job whenever the Clippers went on a run. We missed almost every open shot we had. Nuggets are tough. Great to see Motley at the end. Hope Doc let's him free next time. Go Clipps, go Bolts. What did you like from Motley?

What happened to our D? And rebounding? And why is Bradley shooting the ball - he ended up 1/6 and 0/4 on three. As I posted in the other thread, the Clippers have the 22nd ranked defense. Not sure why it's that bad. Rebounding as been a problem for several years.

I missed the game, which is why i didn't respond. Best I could do at the time was occasionally ask my Google Hub what the score was. Which constantly looked bad. Was this a wire to wire loss? Nuggets are very good. I note Motley had more points than minutes at least How did SGA look this game Clipps?

I don't post at night. Good to see a fan at Denver go to the game and report back to us. This board is pretty dead. We did get overwhelmed by the Nuggets last night. They got 15 offensive rebounds. We always struggle with defensive rebounds when the other team has quality bigs that are going for offensive rebounds. And our guards did not do a good job scoring the ball or defending the perimeter to make up for it. Shai has hit a wall and did not do anything for us last night on offense. Neither did Bradley or Beverley. It all adds up to a pretty ugly blowout loss.

We could have added this to that list.

Should we try to bring back DJ next year for $15MM/season? There will actually be plenty of FA centers this offseason: Boogie, Horford, Gasol, Vucevic. A defensive-only center can't be worth more than $20MM/season.

A defensive-only center can't be worth more than $20MM/season. From that list, my preference would be: Vucevic (rebounding), Marc Gasol, Cousins, Jordan, Horford. I like Horford, but for this team, I want more rebounding. On many other teams, he might be my 2nd pick.

What did you like from Motley? it was honestly just something to root for while down by 20 with 2 minutes left at Pepsi Center. I really wanted Boban’s 3 to go in.

Not ready to play.
