Clippers - 2. Grizzlies lose Gasol and we are only a two point favorite. That is not good news. This game will go a long way in trying to determine whether we are going to make the playoffs. Lose a game like this and our chances will drop pretty drastically. Especially with at Denver coming up Sunday. We need to protect Zubac in the paint so they don't collapse on him. So keep Shamet in the starting rotation. I don't think Chandler is ready so we have to play a guard in the SF spot. Strength is our bench but the starters have to hold their own and keep it close until we get to the bench. Jaren Jackson Jr. is questionable with right quad soreness. It would really help us if he did not play. I guess they have Yannick Noah and Valenciunas now so he could be a problem. If the Grizzlies are tanking they may just rest these guys who are injured. If they still are fighting to win games and make a playoff run this game could be close. So we can't just mail it in.

We got the win but wtf? Where's Shai? He didn't play at all in the second half. Doc is really annoying.

We're tied for the 6 seed and 1 game behind 5 seed. Naw we're tied for 7th seed It's both. As far as winning percentage we are tied with Spurs for 7th. But we are also in a three way tie with the Spurs and Jazz in games back, and one game back of 5th. |

We had 23 turnovers. Not good. Six of 25 from the three point line. Not good. Only Miles and Parsons shooting like crap the whole game allowed us to win this thing. That and the great play of Harrel, Williams, and Gallo. We played hard. We had players who played well. But we did not get much productivity out of Shai and Shamet which really hurt us this game. And Noah dominated Harrell on the boards which isn't good. Although Joaquin could not guard Trez which is why we won. Let's face it. We miss Tobias, Gortat, Bradley, and Scott. Even Boban too. We are not as good as we used to be. It is going to be a real struggle from here on out to win games. Starting tomorrow at Denver. These guys don't have the chemistry yet and it will take a while to get it. Thus, the 23 turnovers. Lakers team that played the Rockets would have killed us this game.
