We're currently the 6th seed.

If Gallo and Williams continue to play like this, I honestly think they can win in the first round.
67 points from the bench, 62% fg%. Wow.

Clippers rolling. I ultimately want the Clippers to get the best seed possible but I’m hungry for some Rockets.

Statue awaiting Lou at new arena. The only superstar never to be an allstar.

Keep this team intact and sign Kawhi. Best defensive squad immediately and a real threat for the Larry.

I also really liked the Kidd-Kittles backcourt too, from the Nets.

I wish I could find it again, but I just saw a post elsewhere, where a Boston fan suddenly realized he no longer wants the Clippers to win. He figured out they are definitely getting the Clippers pick this year, and now each win makes that pick worse, not better. You could almost see the smile on his face turn into a depressing grimace, as the Celtics loss made that pick worse for the Celtics. The pick is now down to #19 I believe. Let's see if we can push it into the 20s.

Lou Williams passed Del Curry to become the greatest scorer off the bench in NBA history. Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell are the greatest scoring duo off the bench in NBA history. Lots to be proud of with this team and these players. We even have Jerry West at the game looking ecstatic over the beatdown we gave the Celtics last night. And Ballmer going over to Lou Williams during the game and shaking his hand.
Gallo got us off to a great start by hitting his shots in the first quarter. And we just continued that trend when Lou and Harrell came into the game. Turnovers were bad at 19 for the game but our rebounding and shooting really made up for all the turnovers. Shot well from the free throw line too. Impressed with almost every guy who played for us last night. Even Wilson Chandler got into the game and did not look too bad. That could help some going forward. Zubac definitely coming along and is key to our team going forward. Some nice dunks on lob passes. So he is more athletic than he looks. Shamet also is an impressive shooter and spaces the floor well for the starters. Just overall a great offensive display. Much better than the OKC game where Lou and Gallo had to do the bulk of the scoring.

I moved clippers1121's Boston game thread into this one. The posts from the other thread are at the beginning of this thread.

One thing I like about this regime is they are quick to bail when they realize the #1 guy isn't a true alpha. Lou has been our go-to 4th quarter guy for the last 2 seasons and Jamal was the guy before that.
That meant Blake, CP and Tobias weren't worth max contracts yet we got good assets in return for each of these guys. Hell, we even got assets for Avery Bradley.

I just gotta say, the more I watch this team, the more I enjoy it. I had very little interest in this team at the beginning of the season, but now I find watching them to be highly entertaining, especially since we added Zubac and Shamet. We finally have an interesting group of young players that we can watch develop, mixed in with a bunch of lunch pail type, likable vets in Lou, Trez, Beverly and Gallo (when healthy). I like this team a lot.
