Lakers trading Lou Williams to the Rockets for Corey Brewer was about as stupid as them trading Zubac to us for Muscala. And them trading Williams to the Rockets made him available to us in the CP3 trade. So you can thank Laker ineptitude for making the CP3 trade a success. Because without Lou, Harrell would not be nearly as good because they work together all offseason to get better at the pick and roll in Atlanta.

They did get the draft pick and got Hart out of it, which is probably better use than 90% of picks that late. But still, Lou would have been so helpful to them and is super underrated. Everyone gives him props as automatic best 6th man, but he's much more than that. He's legitimately good enough to close games on championship contenders with his ability to score on the other teams best defenders. It might have been a little unexpected that he continued to improve after age 30, but he's easily a 20m+ player

Yeah, as much as Blake absolutely HATES all things Clipper, that was as close as saying ANYTHING nice about the team or anyone associated with them.
Blake needs to put on his big boy pants and move on. He's still earning $35 million a year, you'd think that would assuage his anger.

We should have traded Blake Griffin to Oklahoma City in October 2012. For James Harden. Much better deal than what the Thunder actually got for him. Would have left them with Griffin on a rookie deal, Durant, and Westbrook. Would have left us with Harden, Paul, and DeAndre Jordan. That sure would have been interesting.
