I really don’t miss Chris Paul. Let’s see how many more times he gets thrown out in this series.

Lou (except for Game 7), Bev, Harrell all cooked the Warriors all series.
CP0, on the other hand, has done nothing against them so far but flop, whine like a little bitch and get ejected.
The CP0 trade is one of the most lopsided trades of all time. Can't wait to see how our resident Houston troll reacts when we start winning rings with the guys they couldn't wait to trade away.

The CP0 trade is one of the most lopsided trades of all time. .........but not as lopsided as the Blake trade.

I don't think either trade was particularly lopsided. Both sides of both trades seem pretty happy with the trades.

its amazing that we have an entire team built because of the CP and Blake trades... Anyone think we’d even be a playoff team had we held on to those 2 guys?

Yes I think our old big three would still have gotten us into the playoffs, at around the same number of wins. And probably have been out of the playoffs in the first round just like we were. What's shocking is we had the same result without all that cap space being taken up and playing 3 rookies in the game, two of which started. And that's not counting Zubac, and even Thornwell for a brief moment.

I think you’re right, but I think it would be at the skin of our teeth and nowhere near as exciting and I think Doc would politely receive his pink slip or resign after the final game. I think the biggest difference is that it looks like the Clippers are finally starting to shed away the “same ol’ Clippers” narrative.

I think they shed that when they beat Denver in 2006, and Memphis in 2012.
If Rivers was retained after the Jazz series, I think he still would have been retained this year, with that alternate team construction.

We shed it very temporarily. I remember being called “same ol’ Clippers” after failing to make the playoffs in 07, losing Elton Brand, Blake out for his rookie season, backdoor sweep by the Grizzlies, Donald Sterling scandal, CP choking game 5 to Thunder, Clippers choking to the Rockets, Blake breaking his hand on a Clippers employee, Blake and CP’s early exits vs the Blazers, Blake’s early ext vs the Jazz, CP ripping the organization before getting traded, Gallo and Beverley out almost all of last year, trading BG after promising to keep him until retirement... we were projected to win 33 games because they thought we were the “same ol’ Clippers.” We’re gonna she’s that narrative once and for all.

All eyes will be on the Clippers almost like the Heatles if Kawhi and KD team up over here and if Gallo is the only player sacrificed in the moves. Anything less than WCF would be a major disappointment.
