I think the best case scenario is pushing 50 wins, 6-4 seed. Worst case scenario is 32 wins.

We are rated at 19 on this list. Behind Detroit at 17 but ahead of Charlotte at 22 and Brooklyn at 23. So it is good to see JGlanton again so I can point out that he is wrong. I don't know what to think of our ranking at this point. I think we are better than some of the bad teams and that we may have one of the best benches in the league. But can Gallo and Teodosic stay healthy? Can SGA play at small forward and be effective? It is still a work in progress but we have enough decent players to be competitive in most games.

LOL, good one. But where is this numerated list you speak of? All I saw in this article was this: Right on the borderline
San Antonio Spurs New Orleans Pelicans Portland Trail Blazers Miami Heat without Jimmy Butler Detroit Pistons Charlotte Hornets Brooklyn Nets Followed by: Door is cracking open, but West is still too goodDallas Mavericks Memphis Grizzlies LA Clippers Minnesota without Jimmy Butler So it seems like you are looking at a different ranking list, like ESPN Power Rankings or something, which is a different ranking.

My bad. I scrolled down the article to "Power Rankings: Training Camp Edition" and that is where the teams were numerically ranked. So I posted the correct power rankings. It just wasn't in the Lowe article. This is about where we were before last season. Gallo has looked like a real stud so far. Let's hope he plays more games than he misses this season. I don't like SGA at small forward though. Maybe he was just playing there because Harris was resting against the Lakers. SGA is a reserve to start the season I guess. Beverly, Bradley, Harris, Gallo, and Gortat look to start. Harrell, Teodosic, SGA, Scott, and Lou Williams off the bench. With that scenario SGA may have to play small forward even in the regular season.

If it were me though I’d put Boban in the mix and sit Scott as well. SGA, Lou, Luc, Trez and Boban. Maybe even Ty for Luc. We’re loaded.

My favorite thing about this team is that they are legit 15 deep and I even like Motley as one of our two way contracts, I think he can even be a legit rotation player possibly. We are going to withstand injuries much better than most teams even though our starting lineup and top of the roster aren't as good as a lot of other teams. We should also be putting up net positive numbers against other teams 2nd units most nights as well. Withstanding attrition is going to be our biggest strength.

Same as the Grizzlies??? That's just wrong! OK, well I think we'll be in the 36-38 win range, which isn't too much farther up the leader board. We'll be better than the Grizz, and we should be better than the Pistons who they have at 40 wins.

I think the Grizzlies have a good chance of competing for a playoffs spot, if healthy.
