I just tuned in at end of 1st. SGA is eating Austin alive!

SGA is our best rookie since Blake. I would take 4 years of him on his rookie contract over 4 years of CP on his max deal any day.

Glad to see Beverly, Bradley and Williams playing well. We are officially too deep now. Guys like Boban, Robinson and Wallace only get garbage time minutes.

I love how this team plays so unselfishly. It's definitely a big upgrade from CP0 hogging the ball all game or Doc showcasing Austin at the expense of the rest of the team.

hear hear. this is a team, the best in a while. Crowd was chanting for Boban late in the 3rd and he and the bench were laughing, then Doc put him in.

Another impressive TEAM win for the new look Clips. Avery looks like he is getting more and more comfortable. Tobias quietly having yet another big game. I really hope Doc continues to play Milos with the 2nd unit. I am also starting to understand why the FO signed Scott for an affordable contract early on in FA.

Somehow we only had 13 free throw attempts this game. We simply just out shot them, 16-29 from 3. Held the Wizards to under 40 FG%.

We only blew them out because they over played Austin. I think the Wizards record would be our record if we kept Austin.

By all means start a game thread if nobody else does. I did not even log into the internet yesterday. Clippers good news drowned out the bummer of a Dodgers game. I caught some of the garbage time action. I love blowouts if we are the team blowing the other team out. Nobody can guard Boban in the paint that I have seen. He dunks without even having to jump so it is almost impossible to block that shot. He can get rebounds without leaving his feet too. And he does. I thought this guy was a salary dump by the Pistons in the Griffin deal and he was but Doc has a way of making these types of players (see Cole Aldrich) useful and spotting matchups where he can be used and be effective.

I think Wall and Beal defended by Bradley and Beverley is a matchup that we won last night. We control opponents best offensive players and we can win some games. Like Westbrook and Paul George coming up. Like we did to CP3 and Gordon in the Rockets game. I like the way SGA is playing even in garbage time. He plays the right way and takes easy baskets when they are available and gets the ball to teammates for assists. A very unselfish player who plays hard even when we are ahead. Jerome looked to shoot the ball when he was in the game. He has to get his confidence and that was the right thing to do. Lou just ripped the heart out of the Wizards with his 14 in 4 minutes to start the last quarter of the game. They gave up after that. All in all a great game and this Clippers team is a lot more exciting to watch than I thought it would be.
