How about them Rockets??? 6 in a row and big win over the defending champs!! Van Fleet, Brooks and Jeff Green providing valuable veteran experience. Alperen Seguin has been a beast for us. Cool that you guys are on a roll. Must be fun. Yup and we don't play again until Friday when we play against you guys. Hope you guys still haven't figured it out by then I would think that our guy Alperen should get votes for Player of the Week.

if true wot a "sausage shlagger" Giddey is (an old aussie friend would insult this way...mean "dick").
Wondered about Blake Griffin this morn for some reason and guess he's not even in the league. Reddit folk speculate a ring chasing mid-season return in BOS or LAC(?!). With the trade/Balls shun it's tough to see a return to the Clips. His stats in limited mins weren't bad last year and we know he's very smart. It looks like "we got a good thing goin" like The Stones used to sing with our Zu/Theis/Plum three-headed-rotational-monster, but if one of them goes down and have roster availability would be a cool story for the franchise I think. https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/17zd25x/blake_griffin_retired/

Marcus Morris just went off on the Lakers. Good times. Beverley and Batum in double figures. Tobias with 8. DJ and Reggie both with double/doubles. Big night for the Clips!

dang, not blaming him as in his first year there, but Monte Williams (second highest paid coach in the league next to Pop then followed by Kerr) has his hands full in Detroit about to be 2-16 with the perennial lottery-bound tag yet again. Rough out there in the Motor City. Be great if Beef Stew, Cade, etc. can turn it around ala the Lions last-year-into-this-one.

They just can't win.

In 2008-2009, the Thunder with Durant and Westbrook started off 4 - 29.
They finished 19 - 30, and would win 50 games the next year.
I wonder if the Pistons can have a turnaround, within the season, like that Thunder team did.

I wonder if the Pistons can have a turnaround, within the season, like that Thunder team did. They're decently talented, but their roster construction is just not set up for them to win. They have too many C that are redundant and most of their guards can't really shoot. I really like Ausar Thompson, they hit on him. He'll be a really good guy that can fit on any team. It's hard to gauge where Cade is at completely until you give him more space to work with. If he still can't improve his efficiency then, I'd be concerned.

It's a real shame because of his level of talent, if it all goes to waste.

twenty losses-in-a-row now with two games against the Sixers coming up followed by the Bucks and at ATL. Woof. Hopefully they can beat Utah at home Dec 21 to have some at-year-end to cheer about. Detroit "Diarrhea Sandwich" Basketball over there.
