Feel bad for Russ, but I've been wanting Bones to at least get to show whether he's ready or not. You don't want to have to find out during big games. Hand fracture shouldn't be too bad as far as missing extended time. Could be a blessing in disguise.

yah, if Bones can give his historical norms in key areas of need (36% 3pt, 3 asst, 85% FT), while bringing his high energy, it may add a seemingly needed new facet/cog. And, unlike BJ Fker, he’s been an enthusiastic teammate riding the pine all year. Godspeed to Russ’s health, but also interested in this change of pace aspect to close the reg season.
Huge couple games next (@minn unfortunately 12:30pm PST , @mil). Wolves lost to Sac last night and the West is getting tighter at the top. Predicting Denver takes the one seed but we’ll see…maybe the Clips!

6 weeks will be the timetable for Russ.
But since he’s a Clipper, maybe 2 months.

Last time he broke his hand was when he was playing for OKC at Staples Center versus the Clippers. I was at the game and remember watching him punch the scorers table. It was our home opener, Ballmer's first season as owner. I went to the game to welcome in the new era of ownership.
