Ralph Lawler was gushing last night over this article. Thanks for posting it. Probably the strongest move Ballmer has made with the Clippers so far is firing Doc Rivers as the GM. That is the move they don't talk about much in the article. Doc probably made as many stupid moves as the GM as Elgin Baylor did during his reign of terror.

Yeah to anyone who still things Doc Rivers has serious influence over personnel decisions...nope. When your boss says their worst mistake was not firing you from being GM sooner, you're not influential over that department anymore.
