They had a blind item that the Kendall/Blake Griffin "relationship" was fake and he had to call it off when he got traded because he couldn't give her enough photo ops in LA. That item has since been taken down--probably from pressure from Mama Jenner.

Now Kendall is supposedly dating Ben Simmons but they never show any emotion when they are together. Probably another fake relationship.

So I guess Jenner's quotes are because she's still not ready to come out. But according to the old Blind Gossip article, those close to her know the truth.

Why would someone close to her betray her trust and tell Blind Gossip this?

I think people are offended that she isn't her authentic self and trying to promote a fake image. This is 2018. Plenty of famous women and men have come out. Look at her dad, for pete's sake.
