Williams back, and a win. Bradley and Gortat 40 minutes, 6 points. SGA had an off game too. But, Gallo was kicking ass.

Can't have Gortat and Bradley in the lineup together. Makes it very difficult for us at the offensive end playing 3 on 5.

Actually, is Gortat giving us anything on either end? As I've not seen many games this year, I don't know whether he's contributing on D or not. Would we be better off releasing him and promoting one of the G leaguer's?

He contributes something but not enough. He is very good on screens - something we've lacked in some prior years. But that is not enough to justify him being in the starting lineup. Yes, I would absolutely bring Motley up from the G-League and see how he works.

I think Gortat is ok for 16 - 22 mins. Solid screen setter on offense, can make FTs some years, including this year, solid decision maker on both ends of the floor.

Bradley could not guard Doncic. Those step-back jumpshots were killing him. Gortat gets us some rebounds and is usually a guy who plays the game the right way by boxing out and passing to guys for open shots. Main problem with our starters is Bradley does not score enough points and Shai is still very inconsistent with his scoring. Can't count on Gortat for much offense but I doubt if a D-league forward trying to play center would help us very much.

Thank goodness Lou was back. Not only his scoring, but passing abilities...

Gortat is a guy that doesn't make a lot of mistakes, but he is also not winning you games either. I'm not a fan, would like to see Boban get his minutes.
But the real problem is Bradley. That guy is just a trainwreck.

Agreed. Bradley must be benched.
