Clippers just missed their shots. They had good looks all night, just bricked them. Yup, Clippers played well enough to win and then some, but the ball just wasn't falling through the circle. No way you can win when that happens.

The lineup of Wallace, Robinson, Motley, Scott, and Bradley just got us a small lead. What did that lineup do that was successful?

We had a nice first half, and got some good schedule breaks with opponent injury and our own health........but we are regressing back to the mean now. Gallo is finally hurt (as expected) and we are starting to take on water.
Even though the Pelicans may lose Davis for a couple weeks, Lebron is coming back soon for the Lakers. I see us finishing in the same spot we did last season, 9 or 10 in the west, with a respectable record, but just outside the playoffs. If we were in the east we would be a playoff team no doubt, but that's the way it goes.
We really need to be shopping all of our one year vets and Gallo for trade to the highest bidder before the deadline. Let the young guys play the rest of the season, keep our 1st round pick and position ourselves as well as we can for the off-season.

The lineup of Wallace, Robinson, Motley, Scott, and Bradley just got us a small lead. What did that lineup do that was successful? Good defense. Bradley really bothered Doncic. Robinson took a charge, got a deflection, and hit a 3. Scott with a steal for an easy fast break and hit a 3. Wallace and Motley were just active, really good help defense. The only downside was Wallace trying to run the offense in the half court. He's not a PG.

Jerome Robinson finally looked like he belonged in the NBA in last night's game. Sacrificed his body to take a charge. Looked like he was in the flow of the game. So maybe he will not be a bust.
That being said Harris proved once again why he isn't a max player. Choked badly and stopped shooting the ball. If you are the star and are one for eight from the field you should keep shooting until you are one for 15. That is what star players do. They don't defer especially when the other star, Gallinari, is out injured. Lots of open looks he was missing. We blew this game. Our defense was good enough to win it but our offense missed 16 straight shots and we ended up shooting 10% less from the field than the Mavs.
