Not sure what the line is on this game. Off in the Times. Less than a 24 hour turnaround for the Clippers. And a big road trip from Dallas to Miami to boot. You would think if the Heat were rested and at home they would have a huge advantage in this game. Clippers do have a deep bench so maybe they can be competitive in this game. Beverley playing well for us lately. And Bradley has picked it up too. And Motley giving us productivity off of the bench. So maybe we can beat the Heat in their own arena. We will see.

Miami isn't good so the Clippers will win.
They are also going from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, to the American Airlines Arena in Miami.
I wonder how many times a team has done a Dallas-Miami trip in their schedule.

I hope you are right. We need the win a lot more than we need me to be right about us losing because of the short turnaround.

Odds favor Miami, either Miami Heat -4.5 or -5.5 from what I am seeing.

86-74, midway through the 4th, Clippers.
Clippers have about 1/2 the turnovers as the Heat.
These teams are providing a brickfest at the free throw line.

I wonder why Olynyk isn't playing.

Robinson played well overall in my opinion. So did Motley. Even Gortat (and mostly Bradley) was fine. Tobias, Harrell, and Lou were all playing very strong.
On the radio they said this one had been assumed to be a scheduled loss. With the game yesterday and flight times and game start time, they had zero tape review or practice and just slept, then showed up to the game. At one point it was SGA, Robinson, Motley and Thornwell all out there, and they did OK. Pretty good result.

Popcorn Machine says that lineup was +6 in the 4th. popcornmachine.net/gf?date=20190123&game=LACMIAI would have liked Miami's chances more if they had Dragic and Olynyk. Without them, I don't see much talent. A blowout win? That's a great result. Only a wire to wire or near wire to wire could have made it better.

I liked the way we floored it until the end of the game. The Spurs let up against Sixers and lost a 10 point lead in the last two minutes. The Rockets almost blew a big lead in the fourth quarter and lost the lead at one point to the Knicks. The way the NBA is now you can't assume a 15 point lead with three or four minutes to play is going to hold. You have to keep playing until you have a 10 point lead with 30 seconds left. Then you can let up.
I think Jerome has played well the last two games. Starting to make a believer out of me. You know I can only judge what I can see on the court. Now I am starting to see something from him. Motley is worth far more than Boban on the court just because of his mobility. And yes Harris had a great game. And we won. He had a poor game against the Mavs and we lost. Great to see Mike Fratello back with Ralph and do color commentary the whole game. Difference between him and Maggette is huge.

I like Robinson and Motley getting more minutes, we need to see what we have in them.

I’m glad the Pewter City Gym Leader is finally getting some real playing time. Motley’s really good too. Jerome can be JJ who can create his own shot.
