This was definitely one of the most fun games in Clipper history. The Celtics on the other hand... wow. All I'll say is that it's nice for the opponent to be the team with unlikeable, underachieving divas for a change. That used to be our team.

After watching some highlights of Shamet, I really like what I see. A prolific shooter with handles and some athleticism.

Will you have to change your avatar? I think Shamet has more upside than Rob. I think Rob’s potential is a rotational player. Both can stretch the court. Once teams respect their jumpers, doors will open for this offense.

Shamet showed a high IQ on just getting his shot off. At one point he did a sideways step back to get a 3 off. I don't remember if he even made the shot, I was just thinking "that's a James Harden move". We've been watching Bradley in that same situation step in and shoot long 2's. Yuk

Best comeback in Clippers history. With four rotation guys who never even practiced with us. Nothing wrong with my prediction. It was the game that was an anomaly. I thought I was watching Hoosiers where Hickory High comes back to beat the big school for the state championship. I guess it was a big advantage that Stevens could not scout us since there was no film in existence of this team and how we were going to play. Zubac is a lot better than Gortat from what I observed. Plus, as mentioned Shamet is better than Robinson. We outrebounded, outshot, and out-assisted them so beating them was no fluke. But outscoring them 70 to 38 in the second half was pretty special to watch. Seeing these guys play the TWolves tonight will give us a much better idea of how good we can be going forward. Starters cannot keep getting behind by 20. Five times in a row that has happened.
This team has an infusion of new and talented players. Maybe if Gallo stays healthy we can make a playoff run. Kings will probably beat us out but we can catch the Spurs. I just hope we finish ahead of the Lakers. Trading Muscala for Zubac was brilliant. Muscala looked completely worthless in the Lakers game against the Sixers. And Bullock was completely worthless in that game too. So Lakers getting outside shooters not working out so well so far.

Why would you say the Kings will probably beat us out? Don't we have the tie breaker and an easier schedule?

Kings made a nice roster addition themselves in Harrison Barnes. Plus, Bagley is starting to play really well. I have seen a lot of their games and they have a nice team that is good against most everybody except us.

They were down 31 at halftime at home, and gave up 20 3's for the game. They also give up 120 points in most road games.
