Celtics by 11.5. If our guys work their asses off they may be able to cover the point spread. Winning chances are less than 10%. You know this team tanked when they released Gortat instead of Thornwell. Gortat may not be a great center but he provided a stable core of the offense that other players could play well out of. Now we are going to have Zubac wandering around without even having had the benefit of a practice with us. Plus, we traded Bradley. One more guy who at least knew the offensive and defensive sets that allowed us to compete. And of course the crown jewel of the starters is Harris. Losing his 22 a game is bad enough but once again replacing him with Green is replacing him with somebody who doesn't know our offensive or defensive sets.
Expecting this team to compete with one of the best teams in the EC is expecting a little too much. We can watch our new players and see who we may want to keep for the next 26 games but I don't expect to win too many from here until the end of the season. Other teams are tanking too so I have to look at the schedule to predict how many wins we might get. Pelicans were in a two point game in the fourth quarter yesterday and they benched AD for the whole fourth quarter after he had gotten 30 and 16 or something. This tanking is not something I am very fond of.
In other news Harris, Boban, and Scott played for the Sixers last night. Apparently they think Boban can back up Embiid and they are going to play him to see if he can. Well good luck with that Sixers and I hope you do well in the playoffs with the four ex-Clippers on that team. Tobias looked like a good fit in their offense. But Redick is the one who won the game for them.
