Jordan Miller! He is balling out and wrecking the kings. 16 points in 10 mins. No Harden, Kings playing some of their best players, and it's 65 to 38 at half time.

Boy this might not be as good a team as we've had, but it surely is more exciting! Miller, Bones, Brown, Amir, all exciting. Even this new guy Key we just picked up is scrappy. I don't think we keep him but he's fun to watch.
Kai Jones and Kris Dunn didn't look too good this game.

Huh. Braxton Key is really fighting hard. I still don't see a roster spot for him but he's making the best of his minutes out there.

Now Elijah Harkless has gotten into the show. Got 4 points in like 4 seconds. A shot, then challenge just after the pass-in by Kings, and another shot. 8 points in 12 mins for him.

That makes me think he may start over in the G league for at least the first 10 games or so. 2 way guys are limited to 50 games I believe so we may try to straddle the line and give ourselves the flexibility. If push comes to shove and he proves himself undeniable I can see the team releasing a guy for him. I think one of the top priorities though should be developing Miller, and possibly Kobe. Those guys becoming good players does more for this team than a lot of other moves would. If Miller continues to develop like this, I can see him becoming a star. |
