Gotta be his best shooting night of the year I just hate my son and I aren't at this game.....i downgraded to half-season tickets and we went on Wednesday. This might be his best shooting night ever..tied for his highest in 3s (5). J. Green was making me mad with his turnover or block of his shot for like 5 straight shots....I just hope we can keep up the intensity. Seguin, VanVleet, Smith, Brooks and Thompson all contributing. We did let you guys back in it during the 4th quarter last game..... |

But to be real, 3rd year Leonard was offensively worlds apart from what he would become too....of course he had legendary talent on his team and I will give him credit for Finals MVP in just his 3rd year. |

Fair enough. If Ime thinks that of him I wonder why he doesn't play him more. But I guess if I were to think of what guy in the league resembles young Kawhi the most I think I would probably say it's Eason. He has that ability to just take the ball away from guys with strength and anticipation. If he works on his game like Kawhi did, he could actually become a top player in the league. |

When our offense goes super dead would do we really want to rely on inefficient Porter Jr who has the worst shot selection in the league? The guy made a contested early shot clock 3 tonight right after a terrible turnover and a huge brick. I'm sure the coaches would've lost it if he had missed that, but it was still just more evidence of bad process. Miller got 10 free throws in a quarter and it was against the Rockets best guys. They didn't rest their guys since they were playing for point differential. For a team that is desperate for a reliable form of offense off the bench how does this not make way more sense? I swear we must have been stupid enough to make promises just to sign him. Powell was due for some negative regression and we need more efficiency off the bench, it's killed us all year even when Powell was making everything.

I posted my proposed Rockets lineup a few days ago: Sengun, Amen Thompson, Tari Eason, Jalen Green, VanVleet.
That team would go from 3rd in defense to even higher.
Brooks, Smith Jr., and Whitmore off the bench.
