I said last week it would take about 31 games before the Warriors record showed regression.
Maybe the Clippers can make it happen faster, with dominating wins.

Just turned it on. 10pt lead to 3 pts in a minute of play. Wow. Those last two minutes were worthy of the Fitch Clips.

Clippers almost blew the game. Curry had a 3-point look to tie the game but missed.

We did everything but put in the ball in our own basket for them to finish that game. Somehow we got the W.

We kept them 13 points under their season average, so the defense showed up.

Warriors 3rd loss and we have given them 2 of them. A little worried that hamstring might cause Norm to miss a game or 2 even though he was able to come back in this one. Obv it's not too bad, but you don't want to mess around too much with those.

We kept them 13 points under their season average, so the defense showed up. It certainly didn't show up in the few minutes I watched. Minute and a half to go, tentative lead, and you let guys drive right to the basket as if it were a lay-up line? As for offense, I think Mann's double-clutch 3-attempt said it all; finally releasing it on one leg. I believe it might have grazed the backboard.

It was great to see a Clipper game where both teams played hard, and I mean really hard. Frenetic defenses and lots of steals and breaks that were stopped with more steals.
The Warriors looked like the better team the whole time: Their defense was tight as a drum and rarely left an open shot, their offense had their classic constant ball movement that got them decent shots most of the time. The Clips played strong D but there were gaps, and on offense they had too much stagnant ball-holding resulting in bad shots at the buzzer. But they made their threes and they made their free throws and had a nice lead into the half.
Everybody knew that the GSW 3rd quarter was coming, and the Clippers got frazzled under the defensive pressure. They kept fighting, but I counted six missed layups in the 3rd and maybe part of the 4th. That's frazzled, rushed, not cool. All under pressure, and our guys aren't that long, but if they had just timed a few of those layups the game wouldn't have gone down to the wire. Hopefully they learned something.
Of course Warrior fans are thinking "If our guys had just made free throws we would have won". Well, get Steph to the line more then, lol.
The Harden drive and kickout to Norm on the curl play is deadly.
Now I wish they would reverse roles once in a while, or with Dunn, because Harden needs to get some open threes. Getting tired of him shooting pressured threes at the buzzer with someone in his face. It's not working.
Coffey was rock solid off the bench. So was Batum. Big kudos to the Clipper bench defense for not letting Hield, GP2, Podz, Moody get going on offense. All of those dudes are dangerous scorers. Our bench outplayed theirs and I would never have bet on that, because their quality depth is a big reason why they are 10-2. FYI their bench is averaging 56 points per game and didn't break 30 points last night.
KPjr sucks. Everything he does is a mental error. Bones should play more.
Steph is amazing, he's still got it.

In every respect, the end of game execution was truly awful. The rest of the game we played some gritty defense, which is what put us in position to still win with the late melt down.

Sounds like Powell is out vs Orlando.

Sounds like Powell is out vs Orlando. I've been worried that the day will come when Norm is out. He just isn't replaceable from this roster. I guess I'd start Coffey, he's earned it. 60/40 that Lue starts KPJ, lol.
