Clippers - 10. A huge point spread for a road team over a home team. Knicks must have packed it in already for the season and are trying to keep lottery position. Robinson and Knox are both promising rookies so they should see a lot of action for the home team. See if DeAndre Jordan can get motivated because he is playing the team that he left. Bet he is wishing he had opted into his contract right now. His career has been miserable since he left the Clippers last summer. And he would have made more money by staying. Laughable the people who thought he would be demanding the max and get it. And you can laugh at me too for saying we should have extended him for 20 million a year tops. Now he is strictly an MLE player if he wants to come back to the Clippers. I would want him back at that price. And keep Zubac to back him up.
We definitely should have our easiest win since we beat the Celtics a while back. Too many tough games lately. Nets, Pacers, and Cavs all gave us problems down the stretch. We need an easy game. Then play the TWolves then the Bucks. Be nice if our road trip went West to East. Instead it is East, further East, West, East, then back West to L.A. Who does the color commentary with Ralph tomorrow? Be nice if we got Fratello for the rest of the trip.

Game in 30 mins! Important that we win. We almost got trapped to the Cavs, can't be lazy like that with this one. A morning game in New York is rough.

Clippers are 14-4 since February 8, the day after the trade deadline, I am convinced it would have been 15-3 if Gallo had played against Portland two weeks ago and solidly in 5th place, not just temporarily. Oh well...
14-4 is best in the NBA since that date.

DJ looked pretty good out there but statistically he was not much better than Zubac. So why pay all that extra money for him. Not sure what he will get for a contract this summer. Somebody sure could pay 20 million a year for him and it may be the Knicks. But who knows. Not liking the fact that we let the Knicks hang around in this game until the last five minutes. Point spread must have made it exciting for people who bet on the game. It bounced around between covering and not covering six or seven times in the last two minutes of the game. Mainly on garbage time plays that had no impact on who would win or lose the game. How do oddsmakers get the point spread so accurately most of the time. Like that Lou bailed us out again in this game by hitting shots in the fourth quarter. Harrell had a strong game too. Shai not so much.
On to the TWolves tomorrow. Win that game and we are in the playoffs.

I’m kind of glad we are struggling to win these easy games lately...

There wasn't even a good market for us to trade him at the deadline last year.
