Can't imagine Laker fans, or the Lakers themselves, imagined in their wildest dreams this season would end on this note. Man, that is one f*^*ked up organization!
Who in their right mind would want to join this train wreck? Lebron should just retire before his LEastern Conference reputation gets soiled any further.
Long may the Clippers reign!

Somewhere there is a kid whose been excited for weeks that his family was able to afford a ticket to a Lakers game to see Lebron during Spring Break, and Lebron just broke his heart. Do not tell me Lebron can't play 10 minutes a game just to give the fans what they paid for.

Mark my words. It will be career suicide for ANY star player that signs with the Lakers. What an absolute disaster of a franchise the Lakers have become.

I remember being furious when I found the day of the game Doc was gonna rest CP, BG, and DJ in Denver a few years ago. I felt completely ripped off as I watched the Clippers fall by 25-30. I was just sitting back arms crossed shaking my head the whole time.

Long may the Clippers reign! I bet most Lakers fans are crossing their fingers hoping that’s the last they see LeBron in a Lakers jersey.

Lakers need to trade LeBron. This is just like when they tried to build a winner during Kobe's last years. Made some bad trades/signings because they were in "win-now" mode then father time caught up to their superstar.
They also need to get off the "Showtime" bs and just get back to the fundamentals--scouting, coaching, building through youth, etc.

They'll keep Lebron and add stars around him to restore the glory of the Purple and Gold. These stars will include some of: Carmelo, Vince Carter, Jamal Crawford, and Channing Frye

Somehow I doubt they are lowering ticket prices not once in the 32 years I've been a season ticket holder have the Clippers lowered their ticket prices. If any organization should have lowered prices along the way (before the lob city years) it should have been the Clippers. If they never did, no other organization, let alone the Lakers, will.

Well sort of. The Clippers always raised or maintained the prices, however they also offered special deals like two for one deals and that sort of thing, which effectively made the cost per ticket lower even if the cover price was not lower. I once had decent (diagonal upper level front row) for $7.50 a ticket season tickets on a two for one deal that was on top of some other deal (back when Lamar Odom was leading the team).

The Clippers prices are already starting pretty low. The Lakers charge twice as much for an inferior product. As long as their dumb fans keep paying, why should they care if the team is even good?

Exactly. Jeanie Bus can shit in a bag, slap a Lakers logo and a message “this represents the current state of this franchise, but we have 16 rings” and Laker fans will be dumb enough to buy it
