He is old (27), short for a small forward, light for a small forward, and his stats are very unimpressive. Have no idea why we would claim this guy off of waivers. Not eligible to play in the playoffs.

There is nothing "good" about Rodney. Why the fuck do you think a team was willing to eat luxury tax penalties just to get rid of him. His best case scenario is "decent role player". Not close to the realm of "good" as far as I can tell.
