The league has made every game on Closing Day start within a few minutes of each other. This is so as many teams as possible still have something to play for, in terms of seeding. They wouldn't know the results of other games that day.
However, there are 15 games, but only 14 Extra Innings Channels. (There's 2 more, but they are repeats of the original 14).
Which game will screw those teams' fans, and not be on Extra Innings?
In 2016, it was the Padres vs. Diamondbacks.
I don't remember what it was in 2017, I forgot to check. But I wouldn't be surprised if it involved the Padres again, and it was Padres vs. Giants.
I'll pick the Padres this time, and say it's Diamondbacks vs. Padres.
I'll check tonight.
I think the same also applies if you have the SiriusXM audio package. There's 14 MLB stations, but 15 games.

Blue Jays vs. Rays is the game withheld on Sunday.
Regardless of where those teams are in the standings, it sucks for out of market fans who want to see those young players play, one last time.
They can't follow it on TV, nor even SiriusXM. I guess they would need an audio subscription directly to MLB.com, instead of SiriusXM.

I forgot that the Braves are tied with the NL West leader right now! Let me upload a new image. Every seed in the NL is up for grabs. Imagine if the Cardinals were within 1 game of the Wild Card too.
