I had a prediction that Larry David would have a sex scene this season. Since I think he had one, each of the last few seasons.
I thought my prediction was then going to come through in the 3rd episode. But the sex scene that I thought he was going to be in, involved Leon instead.

And I did not need to see that! At least we didn't actually see his balls.
Part of this season was filmed on my block. We were paid for some support vehicles to be parked next to our house. The production crew, which are genuinely some of the nicest production crew people we've dealt with in the many years we've had filming on our block, did say they planned to be back later this year. It was, I think, the Atlanta scenes (Lawn Jockey house - and that house of course has no lawn jockey normally that was a prop). I don't know why they'd find themselves back in Atlanta though.

That is really cool! I don't think you've had many comments on Curb Your Enthusiasm from prior seasons? Yes, we actually saw no one's balls in the latest episode. A little surprising since it's HBO.

We've been a fan of Curb since the beginning, and are ardent Seinfeld fans. The reason I never commented before is we're very often behind in seasons. It's unusual we're finally caught up. Even when it went on a long break for years, we were still behind. I think this is the first time we're caught up. We watched the first three seasons when my daughter was a newborn in the middle of the night. It was sort of our "stay sane" show. Baby would cry at 3am, we'd watch curb off a CD I had burned.

I have the first two seasons on burned CDs.
Anyways, even if you have comments on prior seasons, they are always welcome. Because the more commentary on these shows, the better.
Is your daughter of middle school grade now?

Yes she is 12 now. Her sarcasm is growing.

They don't need to show balls, it's the reaction to them that made the joke land.

is he going to bone that luring aussie actress (can't remember her name)? Isla Fischer? no, from the last episode at the airport...seems like the writers are planting the seeds for them to hit the sack. First was thinking Naomi Judd but she is american and dead. Naomi Watts? No, she's brittish. It is Sienna Miller (*ding*ding*ding*).
Kinda sad Barry is through...finished that great show up last night. Love Jodi Foster, but wans't really blown away by this True Detective (show really hasn't been good since the first season). Sofia Vegara's blow show was decent.

We are way behind on Barry. Liking the first part of this True Detective but several episodes behind on that too I finished that. Post your thoughts on that too. Just in general I am liking what I've seen of this season. It's the most similar to the first season. I really like the hint of supernatural in the show. I think the acting is rock solid. The pace is slow but steady and rising. I have heard it gets worse. But I am going to try to not let that outside opinion impact my view of the show as I proceed.
