Does anyone want to make a prediction for if there will be a coyote plot later this season, and if so, what?
I guess put it in spoilers if you can, I'll read it after the season ends.
I can't think of where the coyote plot is headed. I think it's something unexpected, like maybe not a coyote at all.

From various podcasts:
* The actress who plays the maid was on.
She said she invented the dream scheme. When she was a girl in Argentina, some of her house mates would wake up early. She would pretend to be asleep, and say bad things about them in her "dream". She didn't want to get out of bed, yet.
There was a deleted take for this episode, where Larry David says something about a dream scheme in Argentina.
* During her audition, she invited her friend over. His friend brought his girlfriend over. She told them to make out, and she'd practice walking in on them, from the bathroom. She'd practice her audition by practicing her reaction to seeing them make out.
* The actor who plays Stu was on.
After his audition, they told him to play it straight. Don't try and be funny.
* He was surprised at how "sick" he looked.
* He had a hard time hiding his laughter, during some of Freddy Funkhowser's takes, during the dream scheme.

Wanted to chime in on a few things. I learned from various podcast episodes. * The actor that played Ken, is actually transgender. * The actress that played Richard Lewis' date on "The Colostomy Bag" is actually Lewis' wife! * mistwell , is the scene they filmed from the cliffhanger of that episode, "The Colostomy Bag", the scene by your house? Would be funny if they really did have a car with molded cheese, and you could smell it. * The actor that played Ken auditioned for Marty Funkhowser's transgender daughter-->son. He didn't get the part. He thinks it worked out better now, because he got to be in an episode with Bruce Springsteen! He was also an extra in season 7, possibly during the finale.

Forgot to mention, that Richard Lewis, the actor, was filmed always sitting down, in "The Colostomy Bag", because he couldn't physically do stand up anymore. Or I guess for filming, he needed to sit down as much as possible, for his own sake.

Also, there was a deleted sequence of the Ken saying "Call me" or "let's get together", to Larry.

So, did the fly have any impact on this episode?

As far as I know the scenes filmed here were all the "Atlanta" scenes.

The Mexican restaurant Jerry was at used to be across the street from where I work in DTLA. It's not there anymore.

So, did the fly have any impact on this episode? I think it was there to demonstrate how he was not taking the whole thing seriously in front of the jury.

If the ending is the set up for the theme of the season, it would almost be like the finale of Seinfeld with them all going to jail. With the backlash to the end of Seinfeld, I would think he would steer clear. Going to Georgia and getting arrested seemed more a set up to mock the Trump mugshot. I was close.

Has anyone seen lawn jockeys before? Before the TV episode, in real life.

Any more thoughts on any of the other episodea?
Also, the season finale.
I don't want it call it a series finale, because I still think that if Larry David ever gets another idea for another season, he can bring the show back. Just like always.
And I want the show back.

With the backlash to the end of Seinfeld, I would think he would steer clear. Going to Georgia and getting arrested seemed more a set up to mock the Trump mugshot. I was close. Yes. So, what did you think? Perhaps also mention what you thought about the Seinfeld finale, since it's relevant. And we were not on a platform together, then. In general, I don't think clip shows make for a good finale, whether season finale, or series finale. And for the Seinfeld finale in particular, it took them too much out of their familiar setting of New York. The writing was also awkward, with a line by Geraldo about Elaine and Jerry possibly getting married. Which made no sense, but was probably trying to set up a red herring. There is a part of it which is exciting to see favorite characters resurrected. But I'd rather it be in the context of something new, rather than something old. Now for THIS Curb Your Enthusiasm season finale, there were at least some familiar elements, in the context of something new. Jeff and Larry had another scheme. Even Susie joined in on a scheme. Leon had another interesting commentary about dicks. This finale was more uplifting, because we got to see the characters as themselves, at the end, and not in a depressing setting of a jail cell. But on an airplane. The thing about the fly, as well as Jerry Seinfeld not having time for a courtesy meet and greet, are also normal elements of this show. So the good thing is, this show had more of its familiar elements. I think I would have preferred a setting around LA, since that's what the show is known for. And perhaps a setting where Larry runs into characters there. But not have him on trial. Or, the clip show element is a mixed bag to me. It's a necessary reminder, but also keeps the focus on the past, instead of the present or future. I'd rather just have a "normal" setting. But with top level writing.
