Good to see you started at game thread. I started one too but this board allowed me to delete it which the other board did not allow users to do. I hope Teodosic is healthy enough to start. I would like to see him start at point guard and handle the offense. Along with Bradley. Let Beverley come off of the bench along with SGA. Westbrook is still out so that should help us a lot in this game. We can play Boban more without RW slashing around him to the basket for easy hoops.

When starting game threads, please include useful information about time, place, and channels to help people find the game. Injuries and odds are also helpful.

People should know what stations the Clippers are on by now. I don't usually include that. Agree that point spread and key injuries should be included if the poster knows that information. I usually include what I think is going to happen in the game. So I use the game thread as a blog for my own personal opinions. But to each his own. Appreciate your efforts in starting these threads. I don't like to do it but do it when nobody else does. I like us to win the game tonight. But we may need Lou to have a big game for that.

I put the stations because they can change from game to game, sometimes its 570 but it can be 1150 if there is baseball. TV can be FSW, ESPN, TNT, or ABC, and of course the time can vary as well.

Gallinari and Boban the only two guys to shoot over .500 last night. Boban just seems to demoralize teams when he comes in. Nobody is big enough to guard him and prevent him from getting easy shots under the basket. We are a very guard heavy team and we only got six field goals from all of our guards put together last night. That isn't good enough. We won because Paul George and Denis Schoeder went 9 for 42 from the field and basically shot their team out of the game. Lucky for us. Bad for them. Hopefully our guard play gets better in the future. Like tomorrow night against the Rockets would be nice.

Agree, the stations can change. It's also helpful to note if a game is on NBA TV too, for those that need a national TV station. |
