I don’t think the leash for Boban is too short. I just think Doc doesn’t pay attention to the matchups that Boban can capitalize on (and the ones he can’t). Yesterday, AD sat for about 5-6 mins. Doc put Boban in 4-5 mins into AD’s rest, and then he came back and dominated Boban with his versatility.
In the Rockets game, Harden, who gets in the paint at will and forces a two man game with himself and Capela (that play can’t be stopped by an elite defender, let alone Boban who completely lacks lateral quickness by nba standards) sat for a bit. And Doc fell asleep at the wheel again, and put Boban in late into Harden’s rest.
I think Doc is still trying to figure all of this out. I will reserve judgement till we play a few more games.

AD is just an awful matchup for any of our big guys. But we are not alone there, there's very few guys around the league with the skill set to match up with him but our guys just have no shot. Harrell maybe has the best chance, but it's a hail mary still although he did have those 2 nice blocks on him at the end of the half.
The Clippers are trying to play Bradley into parlaying him into a 1st round pick, his contract is set up beautifully to land one. The problem is he isn't complying with his play. Getting him off the team would open a lot of minutes for some much better lineups for us so we have to weigh what is better for us in the long term. He's also clearly a terrible fit with Beverley especially to close games, but I think Doc has already caught onto that and is going to go with Lou/SGA mostly
