"center" position at the dinner party table ("do you like fish?") lolz. Hilarious as ever.
Never seen the earlier incarnations, set in Miami, but the new Dexter in the snowy woods is pretty pretty good. Tried about half of the Yellowjackets pilot and couldn't get into it (likely need to be more patient and try again as the cast is great)....same with Succession. If you like fashion Rivera was decent, ZeroZeroZero was awesome as was Night Manager. In the need for a new show.

If you liked Zero Zero Zero, check out Gomorrah. It's by the same writer and team that made Zero Zero Zero. It's in Italian, but it worth the effort. It is coming back for it's fifth and final season soon.

I thought most of the season was really strong, but the last couple episodes were the weakest ones. It left so much unresolved.

I thought most of the season was really strong, but the last couple episodes were the weakest ones. It left so much unresolved. I had the same thoughts. I thought Season 9 (the fatwa season) and season 10 (the spite store) had good resolutions. Season 11, there is so much more they could have done. I'll explain more later, but for starters, we barely saw Maria Sofia after the table read from a few episodes ago. They didn't use her enough, they should have had at least one good scene with her in the finale. Second, they mentioned Irma's gas and gas bubble several times. Yet no fart. You can't mention gas, and not have a consequential fart. They could have had a conclusion like this. Larry has to get the Gas-X medicine, but because his secret shortcut got out, he's stuck in traffic. Irma then has sit through the vote uncomfortably. As they're taking votes, she releases a smelly fart, and they immediately have to take a recess. Thus the ordinance isn't overturned (or is postponed until after recess). Get the same actor from Seinfeld that was trapped in the smelly car, and was banging on the windows to get out. Third, they could have had both Larry and Irma be weird with each other. Instead of it being just one way with Irma's quirkiness. So if Irma wears a retainer at night, then Larry should have something weird about him. That would be funny if they were both together, with quirks. Also, how did Vindman and Mary Ferguson # 4 even meet? Also, if they make a joke about penis to penis touching during hugs, then there should another scene where a pair have penis to vagina touching or vagina to vagina touching. Maybe a hug between Irma and Susie with that type of touching, would set something off.

Maria Sofia was really funny, I agree she needed more to do with the finale. Mary #4 was at the fundraiser, I think that is how they met.

recently been watching Season 9 as don't believe seen before. It's the one where the Ayatollah of Iran issues a murder hit on Larry causing a paranoid Larry to wear an awful wig/stache combo around town. The uber talented Carrie Brownstein, of the hilarious Portlandia and her great band Sleater-Kinney, as an inept personal assistant gets "foisted" to unsuspecting new employers. Lolz. Could do without all the constant vulgarity, especially Susie's pottymouth, but it's a super funny show fo sho.
Lookin forward to the last season as well. Hope last night knocked-out-of-the-park!

Too bad we don't have the thread from season 9, as it was on the old boards. You could have then seen what we posted about it.

From yesterday's show: I laughed at bundt cake.
I am not sure what the overall plot for this season is yet.
I don't read any articles so just based on watching the first episode, it's unclear to me. Maybe the ending has something to do with it.
But I thought it was just one of the usual standalone episode ending bits.

If the ending is the set up for the theme of the season, it would almost be like the finale of Seinfeld with them all going to jail. With the backlash to the end of Seinfeld, I would think he would steer clear. Going to Georgia and getting arrested seemed more a set up to mock the Trump mugshot.

I hadn't seen the Trump mugshot until now, after you mentioned it.
