I still gotta check some highlights. On the Gallo soft thing, there’s a huge difference between being injury prone and being soft. I saw a lot Gallo in Denver before his injuries and he’s a tough SOB. He broke his hand punching someone 2 Summers ago. He has a black eye so that means he probably got in it with a teammate(don’t worry, teammates scuffle in practice from time to time). I won’t be surprised if he got hit in the face and then grinned back at the guy with that creepy lazy eye. Glad to see Shamet put up numbers. I swear, Shamet will be special one day. Hopefully it’s with the Clippers. Meanwhile, looks like the Lakers lost again.

He got his black eye a few games back during the game from an elbow of an opponent.

AB should've watched where he's going. He could've gotten fucked up by Gallo.

Good game. Shamet played well. Zubac played well. Shai played well. Great to see the young guns, gunning. Gallinari is a warrior out there. That guy is no longer going to take being called soft. HUGE offensive foul he took there at the end. Playing with that black eye too. He's getting physical and starting to bruise with the opponents, which is not normal for him. Didn't Trapp label Gallinari as "glass"? Not “soft”, but “injury prone”, there is a difference, and of course, he did miss time with injury this season so far.

This win just about eliminates the Kings from playoff contention. Last playoff spot is gonna come down to those two games we have against the Lakers.

Good win. 18 games left. Kings have a tough schedule with a lot of road games. And no Bagley. Bad injury for them at the worst possible time. He was starting to play like a ROY candidate that is if you don't count Doncic as a rookie. Well Shamet, Shai, and Zubac really came up big for us and we really needed all their contributions. Outrebounded them 58 to 46. And outshot them from the three. We looked like the hungrier team by diving after loose balls and grabbing rebounds away from them that we had no business getting. Especially Beverley. That guys willingness to go inside and grab key rebounds is something Austin Rivers never gave us his entire career here. He has off nights scoring but when he is on he is a really good player.
So how is Shai's ankle? He looked like he sprained it pretty badly at the end of the game. Let's hope it is not serious.

How do you figure that we are fighting for the 8th spot with the Lakers? The Kings are still a game ahead of the Lakers and the Lakers have a tough schedule and have been losing to bad teams. We're also 4 games ahead of the Lakers and ahead of the Spurs for now. Wouldn't it be more accurate to say the Spurs/Clippers/Kings are fighting for the 7th and 8th spots?

Bev has off nights scoring but so does everybody else. He doesn’t force the issue and does everything else to help a team. He’s been as valuable as anyone on this team over the last couple of months. Need to give him a nice extension.

At this point we might be wiser to be discussing the T-Wolves rather than Lakers for competition on that last spot. Lakers look done with this loss to the Suns. Lebron has turned on his teammates and his teammates don't give a shit what he thinks anymore and the coach has lost all control and will be fired at seasons end, if not earlier.

Because we still have two more head to head games with them. If they win both of those games they instantly make up two games on us AND they would also clinch the tie breaker. We don’t play the Kings anymore and we own the tie breaker against them.
