Me, I'm arrogant, I'm focusing on San Antonio and Utah, I want the 6th seed... Could happen, only a couple of games out of the 6th seed with 17 games left to go... Same. We can go .500 the rest of the way while the Kings and Lakers have to play .750 in order to catch us. We’re right there. Imagine how attractive our team would look if we made the 5th or even 4th seed. We also have Shamrock on our side.Is that Shamet's nickname? |

Funny how some people still haven't learned that you don't count Lebron out until he is out. Even the Warriors learned that in the finals. Yeah it certainly looks good for us right now, and if we win tonight, it is pretty much a lock, but I won't count Lebron out until he is officially out, we should have all learned that by now. Beating Boston last year might have been the greatest challenge he's faced in his career, given that he didn't have Kyrie Irving, didn't have Isaiah Thomas, and was down 3 - 2, and Kevin Love wasn't playing like he did in prior years. I had picked Cleveland to win, but that wasn't because I thought they were good, I just didn't believe in Boston. But watching it unfold the way it did, and how well he had to play to get the Cavs to win, at that age, was amazing to me. |

My daughter is in a competition to teach an Irish Dance jig to as many people as she can on video, with bonus points for "community leaders" like teachers and firemen, and extra bonus points for "celebrity". Clearly, she needs to teach Shamet a jig on video!

The same thing happened with me in the Griffin nickname threads. @firemillen and I seemed to be the only ones that liked "Blake Show". Everyone else had other ideas. Also, I like Scott Van Pelt's "Lob Angeles" name more than Blake Griffin's creation of Lob City. Even though I am not as big of a fan of what Lob City embodies. I just like the name Lob Angeles better. I am a fan of what Clamp City embodies, and it's good to see Beverley bringing that, lately. |
