Chargers won. Despite their crappy kicking game. Can't believe that freaking kicker cost us five points and the game came down to the final play. We should have won very comfortably. I cheer for both the Chargers and the Rams. Wouldn't that be the best Super Bowl of all time if they both made it. An all LA SB would be great, but I want to see Rivers vs Brees. The storyline would be absolutely epic.

And the kicker for the Chargers just got booted from the team. Guy from the practice squad was promoted. Not too surprising. NFL is only 16 games a season. If your kicker even costs you one game it could be the difference between playoffs and not making the playoffs. Tennessee Titans just destroyed the Cowboys. They could not stop Mariota when it counted. Very good game last night.

Sturgis was supposed to be the solution but no one thought he would be this bad. Badgley is accurate, but he doesn't have a strong leg for kick-offs.

I have never seen an NFL with absolutely no heart like this seasons Raiders. Even as a Raider hater, it's depressing to watch. It would be more depressing if they weren't rebuilding. Their team was trash and they would have missed the playoffs even if they hadn't traded away players. The coach even saw that, so that's why he went the rebuilding route. It would have been more sad if they were a more normal 5 or 6 win team. You're not going to feel bad for them when they have a high draft pick. Unless they mess that up. They should stop playing vets, and play more young players. I also don't know if they have a top 17 QB either.

Week 10 Clipps' Pick'em
TNF: Panthers @ Steelers: Steelers- Yes I know the game already happened. I would have picked the Steelers anyway, but not by a lot... The Steelers are looking really hot right now. Their defense is turning around which is the scary thing. While everyone is talking about the Chiefs, Chargers and Patriots, no one is really talking about the Steelers
Sunday Games Detroit @ Bears: Bears - I have Bears winning pretty handedly. Matt Stafford will be on his back a lot and the Bears will score a ton of points for my fantasy. Saints @ Bengals: Bengals - No AJ Green for the Bengals. Either way though, I think the Saints have a let down game after their big win over the Rams. Falcons @ Browns: Browns - Browns have skid pretty hard. Hue Jackson is without a job. Browns are at home and I think they play with some extra passion because of the coaching change and beat the Falcons Patriots @ Titans: Patriots - You never know what you'll get out of the Titans. They can definitely win this game, but they won't Jaguars @ Colts: Colts - Jaguars look like a mess. I have the Colts winning, but not by much. Cardinals @ Chiefs: Chiefs - Next Bills @ Jets: Jets - Sam Darnold is most likely out. This game is a toss up. I'm just picking the Jets because they're at home. Redskins @ Buccaneers: Buccaneers - Not worth talking about. Chargers @ Raiders: Chargers - The Raiders won't win another game. Go Bolts Dolphins @ Packers: Packers Seahawks @ Rams: Rams
SNF Cowboys @ Eagles: Eagles - So sick of seeing the Cowboys on prime time. They are boring, they are a terrible football team, no one likes them. For the love of my fantasy season FEED ZEKE THE EFFING BALL!!!
MNF Giants @ 49ers: Giants - Another unwatchable primetime game.

I'll take the Redskins.
Are you going to calculate your actual winnning%, after the season is over?

Saints over the Bengals is pretty obvious. Drew Brees and the Saints offense enough to beat the Bengals. Jaguars over the Colts pretty easily. If I were picking an upset it would be the Titans over the Patriots at Tennessee. Not likely but very possible.

I'll take the Redskins. Are you going to calculate your actual winnning%, after the season is over? That might be one of my bad picks. That match up is not worth talking about though because I have absolutely no interest in any of those teams. The NFC East is probably my least favorite division in the NFL and the Bucs are really meh. I might count my win percentage. Last week I was looking good up until the Texans/Broncos game. I knew the Packers was a reach, but what a let down by Dallas.

I think the Jags and Colts will be close.

Clipps (16-10) Week 11 Pick 'em
TNF- Packers @ Seahawks: Seahawks. I think this game can go either way.
Cowboys @ Falcons: Falcons - I think this will be a shootout. Panthers @ Lions: Panthers Titans @ Colts: Titans - Meh Buccaneers @ Giants: Giants - Another Meh Steelers @ Jaguars: Steelers - It appears last season was a complete fluke for the Jags. Fournette is back which makes a huge difference to their terrible offense. Bengals @ Ravens: Ravens - Bengals have looked awful since their strong start. Flacco will be out so we get to see Lamar Jackson under center (or RG3). I snuck Jackson on my bench in Fantasy Football just in case. Raiders @ Cardinals: Cardinals - Welcome everyone to the Tank Bowl of the week <NBA on NBC Jingle in the background>(Go watch some NFL recap videos from 'Urinatingtree' on YouTube if you want a good laugh). I will not pick the Raiders to win a single game for the rest of the season. BRONCOS @ CHARGERS: Chargers of course - This match up actually scares me. The Broncos when motivated are a scary team. The Chargers embarrassed the Broncos last time they played. I expect the Broncos to give the Chargers everything they have. Danzel Perryman is out for the season with a torn ACL which really hurts the Chargers much improved run defense. Phillip Lindsey has proven to be an absolute beast for the Broncos. Now that we have the bad news out of the way, the good news for the Bolts is that Joey Bosa was finally cleared to practice this week. There might be a small possibility that Bosa plays a few snaps on Sunday, but I won't count on it. I'd say give him a full week, give him some reps the following week against the Cardinals and hopefully he's ready for the Chargers tough stretch run that includes games in Pittsburgh, Arrowhead and Mile High. If the Chargers defense continues where they left off, the Chargers should win this game, but it might be an ugly win, though. Eagles @ Saints: Saints - Not sure why I had the Bungals winning last week. That was a dumb pick. Saints look unstoppable right now and the Eagles are definitely suffering from their SB Hangover. Please, NFL Gods. Please bless the good football fans with a Rivers vs. Brees Super bowl. SNF: Vikings @ Bears: Bears - Finally, a decent Primetime game. This one should be sweet. I honestly don't have much to say about this game but I'll definitely tune in.
MNF: Chiefs @ Rams: Rams - Even though I hate these teams, this is definitely the game of the week(as long as the Chargers don't lay an egg). 2 Juggernauts from their respective conference. Rams gain the advantage after the game got moved from Mexico City to LA because of the poor field conditions. Breathing in smoky air is a lot better for you. Well, you would think that the Rams would have home field, but after watching them play the Vikings and Packers, it was clear that Rams fans were outnumbered by Vikings and Packers fans respectively. When I was at the Colosseum for the LA Showdown, I swear there was at least 40% Chargers fans in the stadium. Don't be surprised if Chiefs fans invade the Colosseum. As a Chargers fan, I'm obviously rooting hard for the Rams. Cooper Kupp's ACL tear is a huge blow to the Rams offense, but that team is stacked so they should be fine. They don't look as invincible as they did early in the season and their defense has been a huge disappointment, especially with Wade Phillips as their DC. KC can't stop a nose bleed either so this game should be an absolute shootout. I won't be surprised if both teams score more than 40 points.

I don't have any issues with these picks either. Maybe Rams lose to Chiefs but I am not going to pick against one of my home teams that I am rooting for.

Wow. So many of them got overturned, just like that Emmanuel Sanders fumble.

Chargers really screwed up in the fourth quarter. Especially Rivers. Reminded me of the game at Jacksonville last season. A pure gift to the Broncos. Although they did do a great job with the drive leading to the game winning field goal. It was deja vu from last year. Hopefully, they learn from this game and don't let mental mistakes cost them any more games this season.
